Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 cups unsweetened milk of choice (dairy, almond, or oat)
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour milk into a small saucepan.

  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Warm over medium heat until hot but not boiling (about 5–7 minutes).
  5. Remove from heat, stir in honey or maple syrup if desired.
  6. Pour into mugs and enjoy warm.

⚠️ Considerations

While golden milk is generally safe for most people, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare provider before adding it to your routine, especially if you're on medication or have underlying health conditions.
