Need a well-balanced snack that satisfies your sweet tooth? Look no further than this super simple Peanut Butter Cup Yogurt. It is creamy, a bit chocolatey, and easy to make in just a few minutes.

Featuring natural peanut butter, this MINDful snack is more than just a sweet treat. Peanut butter provides healthy fats, plant-based protein, and nutrients that can help support brain health, with the MIND diet recommending at least 5 servings of nuts per week.

Ingredients (Makes 1 serving)

1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon no-sugar-added dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Add the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and cinnamon to a small bowl.

Stir until smooth and well combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

Enjoy!
