Easy Lemony Garlic Sauce

Creamy, fluffy, and bold, this easy garlic sauce is packed with heart-healthy benefits! Garlic helps support blood pressure and cholesterol balance, boosts immunity with natural antibacterial properties, and adds rich flavor to any meal. Use it as a dip, spread, or drizzle for roasted veggies, meats, or wraps. You can also freeze it for use later in cooking or to marinade fish or poultry.

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Ingredients (Serves 6)

  • 8 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (approximately 4 lemons)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place everything in the blender together. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds.
  2. Serve!

Tips

Cook this in large batches, and freeze in small qualtities to use later on during cooking. You can flavor things easily, quickly, and with no extra salt!
